Codroy was Canada’s 4557th most expensive suburb by listed median house price this month.

When our research team crunched the numbers we calculated that Codroy has a median home price of $102,500.

Newfoundland and Labrador has the second least amount of properties available to property investors, with Codroy having 132th most in the province, out of a total of 191.
