The Investor Forum, brought to you by Pinnacle Wealth Brokers, is set for March 5th and 6th at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.
And for the first time ever, the event will play host to a live auction – the must-attend event for all Canadian investors.
Real estate auctions are prevalent in the United States and have become more popular in Canada recently as well.

There are two ways investors can participate.
- Onsite, at the Toronto Investor Forum. Bidders will need to register prior to the start of the auction, have a government issued ID (driver’s license, pass port)and be prepared to place 10% of the high bid down at that time as earnest money. The down payment is non-refundable in the case of a buyer default. It is completely refundable in the case of a seller default.
- Online at auctionnetwork.com. Bidders can remotely bid on the property on Auction Network. Bidder must register prior to the start of the auction and have a valid credit card to confirm their identification. Online bidders will be able to hear the auction and see the bidding on the bidding platform. If the high bidder is online, they will be contacted immediately after the auction ends for next steps.

Main floor 1BR unit w/lower level kitchen rented for $500/month.
Main floor 1BR unit rented for $650/month.
